1. About Qabule
Qabule is a digital platform that facilitates personalised duʿāʾ (supplication) requests by connecting individuals with trusted scholars and religious practitioners who may perform supplications based on the information provided by the customer.
Our purpose is to make it easier for individuals to request heartfelt duʿās for themselves, their families, and their personal circumstances.
Qabule acts as a platform facilitator and service coordinator. We organise requests, communicate information, coordinate completion, and provide confirmation materials where applicable.
2. Nature of the Service
Qabule provides a service that facilitates the arrangement of personalised duʿāʾ requests. Customers may submit requests relating to areas including, but not limited to:
- Health and healing
- Marriage and family
- Children and wellbeing
- Rizq (provision)
- Business and career
- Education
- Protection
- Personal difficulties
- Deceased loved ones (Isaal-e-Sawab)
- Spiritual growth
The customer understands that Qabule facilitates the opportunity for supplication to be made but does not claim to control, guarantee, predict, or determine the outcome of any duʿāʾ. All outcomes ultimately rest with Allah according to His wisdom and will.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Qabule respectfully acknowledges the importance and value of duʿāʾ within Islam. However:
- We do not guarantee that a specific request will result in a particular worldly outcome.
- We do not guarantee healing, marriage, financial gain, employment, visa approval, legal outcomes, or any other specific result.
- A completed duʿāʾ service should not be interpreted as a promise or assurance of a particular outcome.
Customers acknowledge that Qabule provides a facilitation service centred around sincere supplication and spiritual support.
4. Submitting a Duʿāʾ Request
When submitting a request, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information where required.
- Only submit requests relating to yourself or where you have appropriate permission.
- Avoid submitting unlawful, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Treat scholars and Qabule representatives respectfully.
You are responsible for ensuring that information provided is appropriate and does not violate another person's privacy.
5. Personal Information and Confidentiality
Qabule understands that many requests may contain personal matters. We aim to treat all submitted information with care and confidentiality.
However, by submitting a request, you acknowledge that certain information may need to be shared with the assigned scholar or authorised personnel to enable completion of the service.
Only information reasonably required to fulfil the request should be provided. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Scholar Services
Qabule works with scholars and religious practitioners who may complete requested duʿāʾ services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Scholars operate as independent service providers or authorised contributors.
- Qabule coordinates and facilitates access to their services.
- Qabule does not represent that it controls every aspect of an individual scholar's personal religious practice.
Qabule may change, replace, or assign scholars at its discretion to maintain service quality and availability.
7. Audio Confirmation Recordings
As part of the service, Qabule may provide customers with an audio recording confirming completion of their requested duʿāʾ. Customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Audio confirmation is provided as evidence that the requested service process has been completed.
- The recording is a service confirmation document provided by Qabule.
- The existence of an audio recording does not represent a guarantee of acceptance of the duʿāʾ or a guaranteed outcome.
8. Audio Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
